HT consumer seeking termination of service connections -- Contesting the adjustment of outstanding dues from security deposit on the ground that R&C penal amounts are disputed and are stayed by the High Court -- Held the matter cannot be gone into at this stage by this authority in view of the fact that the very R&C penal amounts are under dispute before the Hon’ble High Court and this authority is precluded from going into such issues that are pending before the Hon’ble High Court.
